RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

What you need to know

 

After receiving and processing your return, we will exchange, replace, or credit back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

Return products must be in original condition and must include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes (not the shipping box), etc.

 

Insurance coverage must be for full value of return items. Balboni Custom Jeweler, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

 

Balboni Custom Jeweler, LLC is unable to receive cash on delivery (COD) return shipments.

 

Additional fees may apply for abuse of return privileges, not following guidelines, or shipping back of unaccepted items.

 

Items because of manufacturing defects will be exchanged.

 

 

Product Return Timelines

 

Returns of diamonds with reports and Notable Gems must be received by Balboni Custom Jeweler, LLC within 5 days of the invoice date and must be in original packaging. Finished jewelry must be received by Balboni Custom Jeweler, LLC within 7 days of the invoice date and must be in original packaging. This includes Made to Order items, which are still considered returnable without additional customization services. Custom made jewelry is nonreturnable and nonrefundable. Products returned outside the No Fee Period are charged a 15% restocking fee.
