Shipping, Returns & Order Policies
Christian Bridal Jewelry, LLC
Effective Date: September 3, 2026
These policies apply to purchases, custom-design projects, special orders, alterations, appraisals, liquidation transactions, and related services provided by Christian Bridal Jewelry, LLC (“Christian Bridal Jewelry,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By placing an order or approving a quotation, invoice, design, or service authorization, the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicable terms below.
1. Consultations, Quotations and Orders
Christian Bridal Jewelry operates by appointment and provides personalized guidance based on each customer’s stated preferences, requirements, budget, and intended timeline.
Quotes are based on the specifications and market conditions known when issued. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quote may change before payment due to changes in precious-metal markets, diamond or gemstone availability, manufacturer pricing, taxes, shipping charges, or customer-requested modifications.
An order is not accepted and work will not begin until Christian Bridal Jewelry has received:
● All information reasonably required to process the order;
● The customer’s approval of the applicable specifications;
● Any required acknowledgments or authorizations; and
● Payment in full.
Christian Bridal Jewelry does not accept deposits unless a different written arrangement is expressly approved.
2. Customer Approval of Specifications
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all applicable details, including:
● Ring size;
● Metal type, purity, and color;
● Diamond or gemstone selection;
● Design dimensions, proportions, and appearance;
● CAD/CAM renderings and sketches;
● Engraving wording, spelling, punctuation, font, and placement;
● Quantity and item description;
● Shipping address;
● Requested completion or delivery timing; and
● Other specifications shown on the quotation, invoice, approval form, or written correspondence.
Christian Bridal Jewelry will correct its own verified written or production error at no charge.
Changes resulting from inaccurate customer information, failure to review the specifications, or a change of mind after approval may result in additional charges and a revised completion date.
3. Custom Design and CAD/CAM Projects
Custom-designed jewelry is created specifically for an individual customer and cannot ordinarily be resold. Custom projects therefore follow a separate approval and cancellation process.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the agreed custom-design price includes up to three reasonable CAD/CAM revision rounds before final design approval. Related changes submitted together will ordinarily constitute one revision round.
Additional revisions may be permitted under limited circumstances at the sole discretion of Christian Bridal Jewelry. Any additional design, CAD/CAM, labor, or third-party charges will be disclosed and approved before the additional work is performed.
CAD images, sketches, and computer renderings are design aids. Screen colors, magnification, viewing angles, lighting, and digital-image limitations may affect how a design appears. Minor differences caused by manufacturing requirements, finishing, stone setting, polishing, scale, or the individual characteristics of materials are not necessarily defects.
The customer must approve the final design and specifications in writing before production begins.
Once final approval is given and production is authorized, the order becomes final and may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded except for:
● A verified defect;
● Failure to reasonably conform to the approved specifications;
● An error by Christian Bridal Jewelry; or
● A right that cannot legally be waived.
If the customer remains dissatisfied during the design stage and before final approval and production, the customer may request cancellation within seven business days after receiving the applicable design or revision.
Any approved refund will be reduced by disclosed, nonrecoverable expenses already incurred, including applicable sketching, CAD/CAM, special materials, outside labor, shipping, and third-party charges.
4. Cancellations
An ordinary merchandise order may be cancelled before shipment unless the item has already been:
● Specially ordered;
● Custom-made;
● Resized;
● Engraved;
● Altered;
● Set with a customer-selected or customer-supplied stone; or
● Otherwise modified or committed to production for that customer.
A custom or special-order project may be cancelled during the design or preliminary-order stage only as permitted in writing by Christian Bridal Jewelry. Any refund will be reduced by disclosed, nonrecoverable expenses already incurred.
After the customer approves the final custom design or authorizes production, the order is final and cannot be cancelled except for a verified defect, an error by Christian Bridal Jewelry, or a right required by law.
Customers are encouraged to contact Christian Bridal Jewelry promptly to resolve concerns. Nothing in these policies limits lawful billing-dispute or payment-card chargeback rights.
5. Seven-Day Return Eligibility
An eligible item may be returned when the customer contacts Christian Bridal Jewelry within seven calendar days after receiving it.
To qualify, the merchandise must be:
● Unworn;
● Undamaged;
● Unaltered;
● In its original condition;
● Accompanied by all original packaging, laboratory reports, documents, and accessories; and
● Returned according to the authorization and shipping requirements below.
Possession beyond the seven-day period constitutes acceptance unless Christian Bridal Jewelry approves an exception in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Final-Sale and Nonreturnable Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for a change-of-mind return:
● Custom-designed or custom-made jewelry;
● Special-order merchandise;
● Resized, engraved, altered, or modified jewelry;
● Jewelry manufactured, ordered, or set to customer-approved specifications;
● Loose diamonds or gemstones acquired specifically for a customer;
● Items showing wear, damage, misuse, or alteration;
● Items missing original documents, reports, packaging, or accessories;
● Estate or jewelry-liquidation purchases;
● Gift cards, if offered; and
● Items clearly identified in writing as final sale.
These exclusions do not eliminate remedies for a verified defect, an error by Christian Bridal Jewelry, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Return Authorization and Deadlines
Customers must receive written return authorization before sending or delivering merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
After receiving return authorization and instructions, the customer must ship the item within three business days unless Christian Bridal Jewelry approves an extension in writing.
An in-person return must be arranged promptly for a date approved by Christian Bridal Jewelry.
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for:
● Return-shipping costs;
● Secure and appropriate packaging;
● A trackable shipping method;
● Insurance for the item’s full purchase price; and
● Compliance with all return instructions.
The customer bears the risk of loss, theft, or damage during return transit until Christian Bridal Jewelry physically receives and accepts the merchandise for inspection.
If a return is required because of a verified defect or an error by Christian Bridal Jewelry, Christian Bridal Jewelry will provide or reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs using an approved method.
8. Inspection and Refunds
All returns are subject to inspection and verification.
Within seven business days after receiving an authorized return, Christian Bridal Jewelry will ordinarily issue the approved refund or notify the customer of any eligibility or condition concern.
If an item is worn, damaged, altered, incomplete, switched, missing accompanying materials, or otherwise ineligible, the return may be denied. The customer may be responsible for the insured cost of returning the item.
Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping, expedited delivery, return shipping, special handling, and other nonrecoverable charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from a verified defect or an error by Christian Bridal Jewelry.
Banks and payment processors control when an approved refund appears in the customer’s account.
9. United States Shipping
Christian Bridal Jewelry may ship to addresses within the United States when shipping requirements are disclosed and agreed upon at the beginning of the order or project.
Applicable insured shipping and handling costs will be included in the written quotation or invoice when known.
Unless Christian Bridal Jewelry approves otherwise in writing, orders will be sent only to a verified billing address associated with the customer’s payment method.
Adult signature confirmation is required for jewelry shipments. Christian Bridal Jewelry will not authorize a carrier to leave a jewelry shipment unattended without the required signature.
Customers are responsible for:
● Providing a complete and accurate address;
● Ensuring an authorized adult is available to sign;
● Monitoring tracking information;
● Responding promptly to carrier notices; and
● Preserving packaging and documentation if a problem occurs.
Carrier tracking and adult-signature records may be used as evidence of delivery.
Suspected loss, theft, damage, or tampering must be reported promptly so that any carrier or insurance claim can be investigated.
10. Failed or Refused Delivery
A shipment returned because the customer supplied an incorrect address, was unavailable to sign, refused delivery, or failed to retrieve the package does not automatically cancel the order or convert a final-sale item into returnable merchandise.
The customer is responsible for additional insured shipping and handling required to resend the package unless the failed delivery resulted from an error by Christian Bridal Jewelry or a verified carrier mistake.
11. Production and Shipping Estimates
Completion, production, and delivery dates are estimates unless Christian Bridal Jewelry expressly guarantees a date in writing.
Timing may be affected by design approvals, customer changes, stone or metal availability, manufacturers, independent craftspeople, laboratories, carriers, weather, emergencies, and other circumstances outside Christian Bridal Jewelry’s reasonable control.
Christian Bridal Jewelry will not knowingly promise a shipping date without a reasonable basis for expecting that the order can ship by that date.
When applicable law requires it, a customer affected by a shipping delay will be offered the choice to:
● Agree to a revised shipping date; or
● Cancel the unshipped order and receive a prompt refund.
Customer-approved changes or delayed customer responses may extend the estimated completion date.
12. Ring Sizing and Fit
The customer is responsible for approving the requested ring size.
Fit may vary because of band width, design, temperature, time of day, finger shape, swelling, weight changes, medical conditions, and the measuring method used.
A ring manufactured to the approved size is not defective merely because the customer later finds the fit uncomfortable or their finger size changes.
Resizing required because of a customer-approved or customer-supplied size may involve additional charges.
Certain designs, metals, engravings, stone arrangements, eternity bands, and contemporary-metal rings cannot be resized or can be resized only within narrow limits.
Christian Bridal Jewelry will correct a verified sizing error made by Christian Bridal Jewelry without charge.
13. Customer-Supplied Jewelry, Diamonds and Gemstones
Christian Bridal Jewelry must inspect customer-supplied property before agreeing to work with it and may decline any item that appears unsuitable, damaged, treated, fragile, structurally unsound, or unreasonably risky to unset, reset, resize, repair, clean, polish, or alter.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
● Identifications, measurements, weights, grades, and condition observations are professional opinions or estimates, not independent laboratory reports.
● Mounted stones may not permit complete examination, measurement, or identification.
● Exact weight may be impossible to determine without removing a stone.
● Existing damage, wear, internal characteristics, treatments, prior repairs, or structural weakness may not be visible initially.
● Ordinary jewelry work may reveal or worsen a pre-existing condition.
● Some stones and jewelry constructions carry unavoidable risks during normal work.
Customers must disclose all known treatments, fillings, enhancements, repairs, damage, and relevant history.
Christian Bridal Jewelry is responsible for damage caused by failure to exercise reasonable care. However, Christian Bridal Jewelry does not guarantee against damage caused by an inherent characteristic, undisclosed treatment, pre-existing damage, structural weakness, prior work, or an ordinary disclosed and accepted risk.
By submitting an item, the customer represents that they own it legally or possess full authority from its owner to authorize the requested work.
14. Diamond and Gemstone Descriptions
When a recognized independent laboratory report accompanies a stone, that report controls the stated grading information.
Gemological grading is an expert opinion. Different qualified laboratories or graders may reach different conclusions.
Measurements, weights, identification, and grades for mounted stones may be estimates because a setting can prevent complete examination.
Natural inclusions, growth features, and color variations are individual gemstone characteristics and are not automatically defects.
Laboratory-grown diamonds, laboratory-grown colored gemstones, moissanite, treated stones, and recycled metals will be described according to information provided by the applicable laboratory, manufacturer, or vendor.
A later change in market value, replacement cost, appraisal value, or consumer preference does not create a return or refund right for an otherwise conforming item.
15. Appraisals and Value Conclusions
An appraisal or replacement-value document is prepared for its stated purpose and effective date.
An appraisal is not:
● A guarantee of resale or liquidation value;
● A prediction of future value;
● An offer by Christian Bridal Jewelry to purchase the item; or
● A promise that another appraiser, insurer, buyer, or marketplace will reach the same conclusion.
Insurance replacement value, fair-market value, and immediate liquidation value serve different purposes and may differ substantially.
16. Sentimental and Declared Value
Customers should disclose unusual financial or sentimental importance before entrusting an item to Christian Bridal Jewelry.
Sentimental value is personal and cannot be measured or replaced financially.
Customers should provide available appraisals, laboratory reports, receipts, photographs, and other ownership or value documentation.
Any insured shipping or claim value should be agreed upon before shipment.
Any limitation based on documented actual value, agreed declared value, or available insurance will apply only to the extent permitted by law and will not excuse negligence, fraud, or intentional wrongdoing.
17. Workmanship and Jewelry Care
Any expressly provided workmanship warranty applies only for the period and under the conditions stated on the customer’s invoice or other written documentation.
A manufacturing or workmanship defect does not include:
● Normal wear;
● Scratches, dents, or surface changes;
● Bent, worn, or damaged prongs;
● Stretching or distortion;
● Changes in finger size;
● Accidental impact;
● Misuse, neglect, or improper storage;
● Improper cleaning or chemical exposure;
● Loss or theft;
● Damage caused by another person or jeweler; or
● Stone damage or loss caused by wear, impact, inherent characteristics, or neglected maintenance.
No diamond, gemstone, precious metal, or jewelry item is indestructible.
Customers are responsible for routine inspection, cleaning, and maintenance. They should stop wearing an item immediately if a stone feels loose, a prong appears damaged, the ring becomes distorted, or another problem is suspected.
Work performed by another jeweler without prior written approval may prevent Christian Bridal Jewelry from determining the cause of a problem and may void discretionary workmanship coverage to the extent permitted by law.
Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s separate terms.
18. Estate and Jewelry-Liquidation Transactions
Insurance replacement value, fair-market value, and immediate liquidation value are different value conclusions.
A liquidation offer reflects the item’s condition, market demand, available selling channels, costs, and circumstances existing when the offer is made. A prior appraisal does not guarantee a particular liquidation amount.
The person presenting property represents that they:
● Legally own it or possess full authority to sell it;
● Have disclosed all known ownership interests;
● Have disclosed any liens, claims, disputes, or restrictions; and
● Have provided accurate material information to the best of their knowledge.
Once a liquidation transaction is accepted, paid, and completed, it is final except for fraud, material misrepresentation, mutual mistake, or a right required by law.
Previously owned jewelry sold through a liquidation transaction may show age, wear, prior repairs, replacement components, or alterations. Known material information will be disclosed.
19. Photographs, Renderings and Product Information
Photographs and renderings are intended to represent merchandise as accurately as reasonably possible.
Actual color, scale, and appearance may vary because of lighting, magnification, screen settings, photography, manufacturing requirements, and the individual characteristics of precious metals and gemstones.
Website photographs and descriptions do not guarantee characteristics that are not expressly stated in the customer’s written specifications or incorporated laboratory report.
20. Good-Faith Dispute Resolution
Customers should first provide Christian Bridal Jewelry with:
● A written description of the concern;
● Relevant photographs and documents; and
● A reasonable opportunity to inspect the item and investigate the circumstances.
Christian Bridal Jewelry may propose an appropriate repair, correction, replacement, refund, or other resolution based on the facts and applicable policy.
Voluntary mediation may be used if both parties agree.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from using an available court, including small claims court; contacting a consumer-protection agency; exercising lawful billing-dispute rights; or enforcing a right that cannot legally be waived.
21. Policy Exceptions and Written Changes
An exception is valid only when Christian Bridal Jewelry approves it in writing.
A customer-service accommodation in one matter does not require the same accommodation in another matter and does not permanently waive these policies.
If a quotation, invoice, or signed project document contains a more specific term that differs from this general policy, the specific written term will govern that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
22. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These policies are governed by applicable Connecticut and federal law.
Nothing in them excludes, restricts, or waives a warranty, remedy, cancellation right, refund right, billing-dispute right, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
23. Copyright, Trademarks and Permitted Use
Except where otherwise stated, original written content, branding, graphics, page presentation, marketing materials, and photographs created by or owned by Christian Bridal Jewelry, LLC are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.
Certain photographs, jewelry images, product materials, designs, renderings, trademarks, and other content are supplied by manufacturers, photographers, designers, Wix, or other third parties. These materials are used with permission, under license, or as otherwise authorized and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Their appearance on the website does not transfer ownership or grant visitors permission to reuse them.
No protected website content may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, displayed, sold, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without permission from Christian Bridal Jewelry and, when applicable, the relevant third-party rights holder.
Website content may not be used without written permission for:
● Competing product listings;
● Advertising or commercial image collections;
● Automated data harvesting or scraping;
● Artificial-intelligence or machine-learning training; or
● Other unauthorized commercial or technological purposes.
Visitors may view the website and print or save a reasonable portion solely for personal, noncommercial use related to considering or documenting a transaction with Christian Bridal Jewelry.
The Christian Bridal Jewelry name, logo, slogans, and brand identifiers may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.
Custom-design sketches, CAD/CAM renderings, photographs, and production materials may contain rights belonging to Christian Bridal Jewelry, independent artists, manufacturers, CAD providers, photographers, or other contributors.
Possession of a copy does not transfer intellectual-property ownership or authorize reproduction, manufacturing, resale, or use by another jeweler unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Nothing in this notice claims ownership of another rights holder’s material or restricts uses permitted by law.
24. Questions and Written Notices
Customers should contact Christian Bridal Jewelry promptly with questions concerning an order, design, delivery, return, appraisal, liquidation transaction, or service concern.
Return authorizations, cancellation requests, final design approvals, shipping exceptions, and policy exceptions must be documented in writing.
